I am a fully licensed professional counselor in Michigan with 15 years of professional work experience with adolescents in a school setting. My experience includes: helping clients find motivation, increase their self-esteem, build confidence, develop goals, make a plan to achieve their goals, and develop a growth mindset to improve their situation. In life, we often need to process our feelings and emotions to gain a clear understanding of our situation.
