James Davis

James Davis, CMHC has a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Human development. He has experience with, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, LGTBQ, relationships, parenting, mental illness, domestic violence, sexual assault, substance abuse, addiction, adjustment disorders, suicidal ideation, and crisis.
​James has a passion for helping others overcome struggles and achieve overall health and wellness in their lives. James is a trauma informed therapist and is experienced with several therapy approaches including EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, positive psychology, person centered, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic.
James enjoys working with clients to find the approach that will best support their mental health and overall happiness.
