My Name is Jacqueline Forde I am an LPC- LCDC in the State of Texas. Mental strength is not the ability to stay out of darkness, it is the ability to sit present in the darkness knowing the light will shine again. My approach is holistic; helping you heal I use a combination of approaches including Cognitive behavioral psychodynamic inner child and humanistic modalities to help you see how the past is impacting some of your difficulties today. By facilitating a process of becoming aware, I will help you relinquish unconsciousness beliefs that are holding you back and identify what you need to make a change. Our wounds are often openings to the best and most beautiful part of ourselves.
