I’m a therapist with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients across a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem issues. My expertise extends to helping people navigate communication difficulties, social anxiety, isolation, grief, family dynamics, workplace stress, and life transitions.

I’m particularly skilled at supporting young adults, parents experiencing postpartum challenges, caregivers managing stress, and individuals processing loss and end-of-life concerns.
