“Greg has been a tremendous help in my mental well-being. He makes me feel acknowledged but also challenges my point of view to help better understand situations and offers good advice that I feel is very unbiased. I feel very comfortable in disclosing everything with him. Thank you Greg for everything you have done for me so far and I look forward to keep working with you.”

“Gregory has been an amazing therapist. I didn’t know how I would like online therapy, but he engages in the conversation, he listens, he remembers small details, he provides encouragement and understanding. He suggests different ways of communication with different relationships in my life, and holds me accountable for follow through. I have thoroughly enjoyed BetterHelp because of Gregory!”

“Greg is a great therapist and I'm blessed to be assigned to him. This is the longest I've stuck with therapy. He keeps it real and I don't feel judged; he has more of a tough love approach which works for me because I'm stubborn . Greg sends recaps of our appointments which is very helpful (when I have time to read them), and he checks in on weekly to make sure I'm doing ok. Greg is also a military veteran which makes him even more special!”

“Greg has been very helpful in getting me through some tough times. Following his advice and working on worksheets for reframing my negative thoughts is also helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who has a need for therapy.”

“Greg is an incredible human and a very talented therapist. He listens, uses practical examples to help teach concepts and skills, uses humor as appropriate and seems to be genuinely invested in my growth and helping me reach my goals. He creates a sense of felt safety, leaves space for me to express myself and be understood, says difficult things in a way I can hear them and stay open, and encourages me to give myself grace as I grow. I’ve learned so much through working with him and I’ve seen a noticeable positive change in myself and in my relationship. I see him as a valuable support in my life and I would highly recommend him.”
