About Gina Sokolich

Hi i’m Gina, I’m so glad you’ve decided to seek help or at least obtain information for your mental health. I recently retired from the EMS field so I’m very familiar with trauma in multiple situations. I work with a lot of people in narcissistic relationships, First Responders with PTSD or other work related struggles.

Not everything has to be heavy and traumatic, maybe you just have questions about your life direction. What ever the situation, I can help you with perspective.
I am client lead, so I meet you where you are. I give you the space to think and figure things out but will also challenge a perspective.
I use EMDR, CBT and Brainspotting most often for situations and discuss things you can do in between sessions.
I may also offer information on mindful meditation, stress relief.
I’m here to help, let me know what you have going on!

“My partner and I have had such a great experience working with Gina. She creates a comfortable and supportive environment and is truly amazing to work with.

We especially appreciate the helpful “homework” and tools she gives us between sessions — they’ve genuinely helped us grow and communicate better as a couple. We always leave sessions feeling heard, understood, and more connected. Highly recommend Gina to anyone looking for a thoughtful and caring therapist!”

“Gina has been so very understanding and kind. She never thinks I’m crazy for how I feel. I’ve never met someone who is able to pull how I truly felt out of me. I come to understand things about myself that I didn’t even fully know existed because of her. This woman was the only therapist I have met that didn’t say my case was too much for them. I truly felt like a lost cause until I started to be in touch with Gina.”

“Gina sees me. I feel safe. The only place I can just be and let my guard down. It takes a lot if anyone knew me. I do not share the parts of me with others, Gina has somehow cracked open who I am at my core. I have grown tremendously. Not sure what I would have done without her!”

“Gina is absolutely amazing and has changed my life. I can't thank you enough. I finally found someone who truly wants me to win and is helping me become the best version of myself.”

“She is amazing! Great listener, instinctively knows what to say when. I felt like I could tell her anything and not have to worry about her not understanding or instructing to do anything that wasn't completely realistic. She understands that we are all human and she definitely takes that approach in her sessions. Can't recommend her enough!”

“Very supportive and professional outside perspective to help make sense of things.”

“She’s been an amazing therapist and gotten me through one of my most difficult times in my life.”

“Gina has been super helpful and give good idea of ways to handle situations. Appreciate her timely responses.”

“Absolutely amazing and would recommend her for anyone any anyone needing assistance.”

“Gina is very relatable and she offers helpful ways to view situations. This is helpful when you struggle to find what’s positive. I look forward to my sessions with Gina cause I feel stronger and more positive about things I’ve learned.”

“Gina is a very relatable and empathetic therapist who puts you at ease. She has introduced me to new modalities of therapy which have been very helpful for me in breaking through on some issues. In particular, her coaching and guidance on brain-spotting has been great, and I've found it helpful to work from a place of images instead of words. I recommend Gina for anyone who has worked with therapists in the past and is looking for a new approach or someone new to therapy who could be benefit from being introduced to it in a gentle and caring way.”

“So grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Gina over the past 2 months. I have tried numerous therapies before but found Gina's expertise in brain spotting the most beneficial to date. She was very accommodating especially with regards to the time difference and I always felt seen and heard. I now have the skills to cope with whatever may be thrown at me. I couldn't recommend Gina enough!”
