“Genna has been supportive and keeps in touch <br /> Would recommend”

“Genna has been an awesome ally for me. She always checks on me and makes me feel heard. She offers great advice which is very thought provoking for me. When I feel like I have nobody I can talk to, Genna is always available and I appreciate her for that.”

“Genna has been an asset in my healing journey. She has supported me through the loss of my dad, the pandemic, and being separated from my husband. Her support is a huge part of my journey.”

“I love speaking with Genna! She is always so kind and respectful”

“Genna is very helpful. She's straight forward and honest with me. I appreciate her.”

“Therapy has been very helpful! I enjoy working with Genna.”

“Love speaking with her! I feel truly understood”

“Genna and I started off on the right foot. She was caring and listened to my issues while giving ne meaningful work to address outside of our meetings. It felt like she truly cared about my well-being, and I was happy to see what a few more months would bring. When we started getting into more sensitive parts of my past, We had some differences with our schedule. One week, Genna misunderstood my comments and was a no-show to one of our meetings and another week. I answered her too late and missed a slot. At this point, Jenna was all too quick to give up on our sessions. Meanwhile, my past was now on the center of my mind while I was dealing with an influx of new incoming problems, and having my therapist give up on me was not a great feeling. She did not want to continue our sessions which made me feel like she did not care about helping me improve overall . I have found myself really frustrated with this and tried to come up with better solution, I suggested what if we meet at the same time on a weekly basis or what else could I do in order to keep her as my therapist, but she had no interest in doing so. She even said there was no need to go back and forth and she had a waitlist. It made me feel like a number. My only complaint would be that it did not seem like her care was enduring but If your schedule is more open, and you are more willing to adapt to her you will be in a better position than I was. Like I said she is a great listener and will give you meaningful work if you are willing to put it in. I would only wish her and her clients luck in the future!”

“Love our talks ! Has really been helpful”

“She is great!”

“I think she deserves a raise, because of all of the crap that I must put her through (as well as any other clients) . She's greatly appreciated.”

“Genna came into my life at a time when I was in a lot of chaos. She patiently worked with me until I found some peace of mind and got me through an extremely difficult period. She's kind and professional. One of the best BetterHelp has to offer.”

“Genna is very understating and has truly helped me become more confident”

“I appreciate Genna, because she does her best to follow up with me, and she offers helpful advice, and keeps after me when she hasn't heard from me in a while.”

“Genna gives me the support that I feel like I am lacking in life. I do not have many women that I can disclose everything with so, I feel very comfortable sharing with her. She gives me good advice and asks the right questions. She is great!”
