About Eugenia Lindsey

I’m a licensed therapist in Virginia with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging transitions and experiences. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients across the lifespan, helping them navigate depression, trauma, grief, and complex family dynamics with compassion and skill.

My approach is grounded in understanding the interconnected nature of our experiences—how past relationships shape us, how loss affects our sense of purpose, and how life circumstances like illness, caregiving, or major life changes impact our wellbeing. I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum transitions, sexual assault recovery, and domestic violence healing. I also work with families navigating adoption, foster care, blended family challenges, and end-of-life concerns.

I bring a multicultural lens to my work, honoring the unique contexts and identities my clients bring to therapy. I’m committed to creating a space where you feel genuinely seen and supported as you process guilt, shame, abandonment, and attachment patterns. Whether you’re a first responder, young adult, or someone facing chronic illness, I’m here to help you build resilience and reconnect with meaning.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. My role is to walk alongside you with genuine care, clinical skill, and respect for your own wisdom about your life.
