About Emishianna “Emi” Holmes

Hi, I’m Emi, a licensed therapist who offers a warm, supportive space for people navigating depression, past trauma, stress, and the general weight of everyday life.

Many of my clients come to therapy simply needing a place to exhale, process what they’ve been carrying, and feel heard without judgment. Whether you’re dealing with long-term emotional pain, recent life stressors, or just feeling overwhelmed and mentally exhausted, therapy with me is a space where you can slow down and be real about what you’re going through.

I work with adults experiencing depression, unresolved past experiences, emotional burnout, life transitions, and the ongoing challenge of simply managing life. Some clients come in ready for deeper healing work, while others just need consistent support and a place to offload their thoughts and feelings. Both are welcome here.

My style is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative. I integrate mindfulness, somatic (mind-body) awareness, and practical coping tools when helpful, while also allowing space for open conversation and reflection. We can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you — whether that means gentle support through daily stress or deeper exploration of past experiences and patterns.

I work best with clients who are willing to show up consistently and engage in the process, even if they’re not sure where to start. You don’t have to be perfectly motivated or have clear goals — just a willingness to be present and open is enough.

If you’re looking for a steady, nonjudgmental space to talk, process, and gradually feel more grounded, I’d be honored to support you.
