Hi, I’m Elizabeth a licensed therapist based in Texas with six years of experience walking alongside people through some of life’s toughest seasons. I’ve worked with clients facing addiction, relationship and family struggles, intimacy challenges, low motivation, and self-esteem issues—and I’ve seen how healing begins when we feel safe enough to be honest.
