“Dr. Sherry listens well, builds rapport exceptionally well, and learns how I - as her client - learn best - she is deeply academic, refers me to the science of the brain, and emotion, so I can actually name "my demons" and face them as appropriate. She is amazing at helping me identify patterns of behavior that do not serve me currently that have served me in the past and leaving me to decide how to adjust. She knows when to lecture and when to receive information. Perfect balance for a talk therapist.”

“Dr. Aaker, is kind and helps me to think about my experiences and helps me find ways to express myself.”

“Dr. Aaker has helped me through so many things this past year. She has helped me let go of the things that are bad for me and embrace the things that are good. She truly hears me and helps me work through every single issue that I face. I'm very grateful for her!”

“Down-to-earth, understanding, and intelligent. Listens well. <br /> Solution-oriented.”

“Sherry is very interactive and lively. She doesn't just ask " and how do you feel about that questions", she shares personal stories about herself. It feels like talking to a good friend, but someone with a better knowledge about how to deal with the emotions you are going through. I highly recommend her because of her style of relating to your experience.”

“Dr. Aaker is wonderful, not only in therapy sessions, but often sends me messages that are encouraging and uplifting!”

“Dr. Aker is a fantastic therapist. She is just that I needed.”

“She is excellent. She passes no judgement and is a straight shooter, which I love! I also love having a “local” professional. It makes it more personal when this platform is digital.”

“Dr. Aaker was amazing! I loved having her as a therapist. She really helped me get through a lot and adjust to my new life. I’ve done a lot of growth and self-reflection. I have also learned a lot about myself and others. She helped me to build my confidence back up which is something that has been missing for a long time. Would recommend her to anyone!”

“She is just perfect. She listens to everything I have to say and she helps in an awesome way. I don't feel judged, I feel safe. She is just amazing :')”

“She is awesome!”

“My therapist is a great listener, allowing me to lead our sessions while offering advice and discussing situations. I feel like everything I talk to my therapist about stays confidential. She is great at what she does! :)”

“Absolutely amazing and I love the advice she gives she is very caring about me and I’m thankful for that”

“Dr. Aaker is fantastic. I came into therapy with knowledge of how it should work. She has lived up to my expectations. She listens carefully, and then helps you gain understanding to improve your life. She is a great listener and provides goals and plans of actions that someone might not think of on their own, especially if they are in a crisis. Sherry is great!”

“Dr Aaker is professional and personal at the same time. She makes you feel comfortable to talk to without judgment and is able to offer perspective that I wouldn’t have had otherwise.”
