About Diane
I am a LPC-S, LCDC, TF-CBT Certified Therapist. I have over 19 years experience working with various populations ie high risk youth and adults; in addition to various emotional disturbances ie depression, trauma, anxiety, strained relationships and grief.
I believe the therapeutic goals include the here-and-now; make known what is unknown; challenging faulty thinking; have clients to get in touch with self and make choices that would lead to better quality of life; with the listed goals, I as a therapist offer listening skills, genuineness, empathy, unconditional acceptance and respect to each client.
