Welcome! I am a professional counselor licensed in Ohio with over 20 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, career choices, life changes, and general mental health. I also have worked with those struggling with addiction.
My counseling style is interactive. I believe in treating all with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, narrative, solution-focused, and person-centered therapy. The dialog and treatment plan is tailored to meet your specific needs.
