About Debra
I’m an LCSW and currently licensed in Florida and Utah. I have many years of professional work experience in multiple settings and have pretty much enjoyed every job I ever had. I’ve learned a wide range of problem-solving skills over the years which is nice because I tend to be solution oriented. A few areas I have experience in include helping clients with grief/loss, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, dealing with aging parents, coping with life changes, and narcissistic abuse recovery. It makes sense to me that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
