As a licensed therapist in Arkansas, I bring over two decades of compassionate clinical experience supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping clients navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions with empathy and expertise.
I specialize in working with Veterans, First Responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, all age groups over 16 and those seeking a progressive, affirming therapeutic approach. My focus areas include addressing social anxiety, communication difficulties, isolation, self-love, and personal growth. I’m particularly committed to supporting clients through significant life changes, relationship challenges, and healing from past emotional wounds.
My therapeutic approach is deeply collaborative, yet very direct. I will be honest with you, offer suggestions, but you will be doing the work with my support. I use an assortment of therapeutic interventions, one tailored to the client
