About Debby Sawyer

Hello. My name is Debby Sawyer. I am licensed in the state of Nebraska. I have 33 years of experience with individuals who have faced a multitude of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety/stress, grief/loss, anger issues, depression, trauma/abuse, ADD/ADHD, Addictions (including eating disorders), self-esteem/confidence, and parenting, I believe that you are the expert in your own life and know what works and doesn’t work for you. I am here to support and advocate for you by walking beside you on your journey. I am very flexible and eclectic in my approach and try to make a positive impact pretty quickly in the therapy process as I don’t believe that you should have to wait to start living your best life. “She has been helping me so much. I feel confident after our sessions. I've never felt awkward for saying how I feel, or voicing my point of view.”

“Debbie was a great listener, and didn't judge my struggle at all. She was always ready with helpful work for me to do in between sessions, whether it was a worksheet or audiobook. She gave me exactly what I needed at this point in my journey. I would recommend anyone dealing with greif and depression, as I was, to Debbie. Thank you so much for listening to me Debbie, and helping me grow.”
