Life brings challenges to all of us. Some seasons feel steady, while others feel overwhelming or uncertain. Our experiences—especially relational ones—can shape how we see ourselves and how we show up with others. Therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and create lasting, realistic change.
I work from a relational and strengths-based approach, helping clients explore patterns, improve communication, and build healthier connections. I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, premarital and marital concerns, trauma, abandonment, foster care and adoption-related experiences, and identity awareness through tools like the Enneagram to better understand triggers and emotional responses.
My goal is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as yourself, lower your guard, and begin the work of healing. Together, we’ll focus on building stability, insight, and practical goals that support meaningful growth.
