About Cynthia Yzaguirre

Hello-
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 32 years of experience helping others, I am a veteran counselor as well as an educator. Therefore, I thrive on learning and have always been quick to master skills.
Some of the modalities I have used and could choose from are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also utilize my knowledge as a Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified International Health Coach.
I would feel privileged working with you to learn about your current life challenges and how I can best help you set and meet goals that will overcome them. Let’s work together to learn what approach and strategies will be most beneficial for your specific needs.
