About Courtney
I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging experiences. My work centers on trauma recovery, stress and anxiety management, and helping people navigate significant life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with military veterans, first responders, and survivors of sexual assault and abuse.
I also specialize in supporting individuals coping with chronic pain, illness, and disability, as well as those facing end-of-life concerns and grief. I’m experienced in addressing guilt, shame, and post-traumatic stress, and I bring compassionate care to those managing seasonal affective disorder, self-harm, and the aftermath of traumatic brain injury.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed practice and evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I work collaboratively with each client to build coping skills, process difficult emotions, and foster resilience. I understand that healing looks different for everyone, and I’m committed to honoring your unique values, beliefs, and background as we work together.
If you’re seeking a therapist who aligns with Christian values and a conservative perspective, I’m here to support your journey with authenticity and care. Taking the step toward therapy is courageous, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
