About Connie

I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. With experience across a wide range of concerns, I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem issues, as well as major life transitions like divorce, career changes, and relationship difficulties.

My approach is person-centered and grounded in compassion. I help clients explore communication patterns, process grief and shame, and build healthier coping strategies. Whether you’re facing workplace stress, family conflict, financial concerns, or questions about life purpose and identity, I’m here to listen without judgment and support your growth.

I have particular experience working with women’s issues, postpartum challenges, caregiver stress, and life stage transitions. I also support clients working through addiction, codependency, and commitment concerns. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you can be authentically yourself while moving toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I believe in meeting you where you are and honoring your unique values and perspective. Starting therapy takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
