Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
About Christina
For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they move through life’s transitions—times of change, uncertainty, grief, and growth. My work is grounded in expressive arts and somatic experiencing, approaches that recognize healing doesn’t happen through words alone. Our bodies and our creativity often hold what’s hardest to say out loud, and I help clients access that wisdom in a way that feels safe, paced, and truly their own.
I bring a background in clinical art therapy alongside my mental health counseling training, which means our work together may draw on creative and body-based tools when they’re helpful—never forced, never requiring any artistic skill or experience. What matters most is creating a space where you feel met, understood, and supported as you navigate whatever brought you here.
Whether you’re facing a major life change, working through anxiety or depression, processing grief, or simply feeling stuck and wanting to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to help you find your way forward at your own pace.
