About Ching Kuo

I am licensed in Texas with 20 years of professional work experience. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I grew up in an Asian cultural context, and I earned my education and professional credentials in the U.S. I not only obtained my master’s degree in the U.S. but also completed my doctoral coursework there. I was awarded the 2023 American Counseling Association Best Practices in Research: Practicing Counselor. I also hold a Nutrition and Wellness Certificate conferred by Harvard Medical School. I practice with a Lifestyle medicine approach, considering the impacts of cultural, economic, spiritual, and individual differences on your mental health and relationships. I specialize in mental health issues within cultural sensitivity. Kindly let me know if I can be of help.
I am looking forward to working with you.
