About Che’ Raquel Ward

Anything that happened to you, that changed your sense of safety or your view of justice in the world can be labeled a trauma. Sometimes we aren’t even aware of how trauma has shaped us, skewed our view of others, changed our belief in ourselves, or impeded our ability to succeed at our usual or expected rate. No one but you can determine the severity of your experiences and the impact they have on your current life.

You are the expert on you. I am the expert on healing. Your job is to commit to honest self-exploration and to provide feedback if something is not working for you. My job is to help you determine what the problems are, according to your definitions, and what tools will work best for you to help you heal. Together we can set a path towards the best way for you to heal. If we are successful together, you’ll fire me and we will both be happy, lol.

As a dedicated Psychologist, with extensive experience, my practice centers on creating a compassionate, affirming space where clients can explore personal growth, heal from past experiences, and develop meaningful strategies for well-being. All of YOU is welcomed and considered in your treatment.
Let’s get started.
