About Charvela Fearon

I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in Texas with over 10 years of experience working as a psychocounselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

Being of the world comes with mending bridges. Being a proud product of Prairie A&M University, I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Masters of Arts in Counseling with over twenty years in the educational and counseling arena. I come with a wealth of experience with diverse populations.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, suited to dealing with addressing stress, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, grief, and general mental health are among my specialties. I have a concentration on providing direct counseling services through psychodynamic, solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies with an eclectic approach. Just like your physical health, your mental health needs to prioritize with intervention and maintenance.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate and genuine. I believe that everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect. As your counselor, I will provide a safe and collaborative environment to address life challenges.

“You are who you are when you think no one is looking.” Charvela Fearon
