Carly George

I am a licensed social worker with over 14 years of experience working as a substance use, mental health, and family therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, and substance use.

My therapy style is non-judgmental and guided by YOU. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and structural family therapy. Your treatment plan is developed with me, but by you. You are in charge of your goals and it is my job to help you achieve them.

It takes courage to seek help, especially if those around you are not supportive of mental health treatment. If you are ready to take the next step, I will be here to support you.
