I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with years of experience helping individuals navigate life challenges, trauma, anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm. My work includes supporting trauma survivors, first responders, and high-functioning professionals and executives managing chronic pressure, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation.

I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and currently an EMDRIA Consultant In Training (CIT), with advanced training in trauma processing and integrative mental health approaches. In addition to psychotherapy, I am a Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and Reiki Practitioner, allowing me to integrate evidence-based clinical interventions with holistic, mind-body focused techniques tailored to each client’s needs.

My approach focuses on emotional safety, resilience, nervous system regulation, and helping individuals move beyond survival patterns toward greater self-awareness, balance, healing, and meaningful personal growth.
