I have a strong passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults. In addition to my clinical work, I bring a unique background as a competitive swim coach, an experience that informs her therapeutic style through an emphasis on teamwork, goal setting, resilience, and a solution-focused approach. I value creating a collaborative and engaging therapeutic environment, and believe that meaningful progress is often fostered when humor, play, and authentic connection are thoughtfully incorporated into the work.
