Brooke Shewmake
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
About Brooke
I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma, bringing both clinical training and genuine compassion to our work together.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. I draw on evidence-based practices to help you build resilience, improve communication, and develop a stronger sense of self-worth. Whether you’re working through grief, relationship transitions, identity questions, or past wounds, I’m here to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what matters most to you.
I’m committed to honoring each client’s unique background, values, and lived experience. I welcome clients from all faith traditions and perspectives, and I’m particularly attuned to the experiences of women, young adults, and individuals navigating systemic barriers.
I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and care as you move toward greater clarity, connection, and peace. I’m honored to be part of your journey.
