Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
About Brian
I’m a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and grief—helping them find clarity, healing, and meaningful connection.
My approach is grounded in understanding the whole person. I specialize in addressing communication struggles, isolation, guilt and shame, panic attacks, and post-traumatic stress. I also support clients working through divorce, attachment concerns, financial stress, workplace challenges, and family dynamics. I have particular experience supporting military veterans, individuals in fatherhood roles, and those navigating adoption and foster care experiences. I’m committed to culturally responsive care and welcome clients from all backgrounds. I strive to honor each person’s unique identity and story.
My work is collaborative and person-centered. I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard and respected. Whether you’re managing impulsivity, somatization, or mood dysregulation, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and genuine care as you move toward the life you envision.
