I am a licensed therapist in Michigan with over four years of professional experience. I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate challenges related to addiction recovery, relationship issues, family conflict, life transitions, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a proud mom of five amazing kiddos and love adventure, exploring new places, and finding joy in life’s little moments. I bring that same energy into my work — creating a warm, genuine space where growth and healing can happen naturally.
