Beth Collins
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
About Beth
I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. Over my 23 yrs of work, I’ve accompanied clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, abuse, and grief. Each of these areas requires patience, skill, and genuine care—qualities I bring to every session. I truly enjoy the ” ah ha” moment when something clicks for the person. Humor has always been a life saver for me, and I do tend to use it when appropriate. Being able to see the lighter side of things can be refreshing.
My approach is grounded in understanding that healing looks different for everyone.
I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. I draw on evidence-based therapeutic practices to help you build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. My own personal journey has given me a greater sense of what emotional pain is and how one can actually grow and just survive but thrive.
People all have their own history to tell, I believe in honoring your unique story, and walking alongside you with compassion and authenticity. Taking the step to seek therapy takes courage, and I’m honored to support you on your journey.
