About Audra D’Eliso

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can’t always change difficult situations, past or present, we can work together to heal the scars of the past, eliminate negative self-beliefs, and explore new possibilities. I can help you to better understand and resolve day-to-day challenges as well as discover behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have experience treating depression, anxiety, and trauma to name a few. I have over 10 years experience in the mental health field and extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have training specific to working with Veterans and public safety (police, file and EMS) as well as their families. I believe that we are all individuals and there is no one size fits all approach to therapy.

“Audra is awesome. She is very good at switching gears and topics. She is constantly sending good reading material when we aren’t in a session to help you think and cope with what you’re going through. Highly recommend her.”

“I feel so lucky to have been paired with Audra on a first try. I have friends that have said finding a therapist that worked well with them and their needs was a journey. Working with Audra has been such a positive experience and I feel so much growth since I started. She is so skilled at her craft that it feels Iike talking with a friend while also gaining the necessary tools for healing and progression. I look forward to our sessions because I know I’m going to end it better than I started. She is a gifted therapist and I would and have highly recommended her to anyone in need of one, which let’s be honest, that’s all of us.”

“Love her!”

“Audra is literally the best and has completely restored my faith in therapy!”

“Best therapist ever! I’ve been going through a tough time in life. In the short time I’ve been with my new therapist I’ve already been shown “how” to work on my issues. Other therapist throw books at you and just say “tell me about it” then don’t have much to say about the situation. NOT with Audra. She takes the time to fully explain what she means when I’m lost. She helps me stay on task with one goal at a time. She is so knowledgeable on the relationship between two people and also how to help me see my mistakes and what I need to improve on. I genuinely feel like I’m getting helped not just someone who only listens. 10/10 review.”

“Kind and understanding. But also willing to push me when needed.”

“Audra was awesome. Felt more like chatting with a friend. I feel like she was really listening to me, which is nice, I feel like I’m talking out loud sometimes but no one is hearing me.”

“She is the absolute best!”

“Audra is an incredible therapist and person.”

“Audra has helped me process a lot of my CPTSD. She is very understanding and will listen to everything I say. Highly recommend”
