About Ashley McNally

Hello! I’m Ashley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a safe, supportive, and judgement free environment. I believe that healing happens through genuine connection, collaboration, and creating a space where you feel heard and understood.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, self-esteem difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their unique goals and strengths.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and evidence-based. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR-informed interventions, mindfulness, grounding techniques, psychoeducation, and strengths -based approach. I am certified in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), certified in Juvenile Sex Offender Counselor Certification (JSOCC), trained in EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and SafeTALK suicide prevention.
Whether you’re working through past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, improving relationships, or simply seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you build practical coping skills, increase resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and wellness.
