About Anne
Thank you for considering me for this next part of your journey. I am professional counselor/therapist licensed in Maryland with over 14 years of experience working in clinical and private practices. I support clients who are experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, trauma and survivors of domestic violence and victims of crime. I have also supported and advocated for many people in the LGBTQI+ community.
My therapy style is interactive, supportive and intuitive. I pay attention to what is said as well as what is not said. While in my care, you are treated with respect, compassion, and without judgement. This is your journey–I will support you, but you remain in the drivers seat.
My approach is mostly cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based. However, there is no one-size fits all approach to therapy. I will tailor the approach to meet your specific needs.
