Starting therapy can be overwhelming, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. I offer a supportive, nonjudgemental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and work toward meaningful change.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm- often those who appear high functioning but feel stuck or exhausted inside. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, combining empathy with gentle accountability.
Our first session is relaxed and conversational. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and how therapy can support you.
