“I’ve only had 3 therapy sessions ever and 2 of them have been with Amie. She does a great job of asking leading questions to help me open up on different topics and really digging in. She is kind, supportive and very helpful in making me feel comfortable with her. Again, I don’t have much experience receiving therapy, but I am wondering how much she will challenge my thoughts or ask me to do some difficult things as we go.
