Trauma shows up in many different ways and talking about it isn’t always easy. Creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood is really important to me—it’s where healing can begin. I work primarily with adults (18+) who are navigating the effects of trauma as well as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict. Not sure where to start, or if you’re even ready?
