Allison Robbins

I am a licensed independent social worker in Iowa and have over 25 years of experience. I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, loss/grief, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I have also worked with many people who have experienced trauma and abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is integrative as I use many different therapy techniques. I like to meet the client where they are at and tailor the treatment plan to meet the individuals’ unique and specific needs.

There is strength in vulnerability, comfort in feeling that you are not alone and power in knowing when to ask for help. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
