About Alexandria
Hi, I’m Ali (Alexandria) Bailey!
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and completely non-judgmental space where you can process life’s challenges at your own pace.
Whether you’re navigating daily stress, going through a major life transition, or working through acute distress and crisis, I am here to help you build practical tools for long-term healing. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based practices. Together, we focus on identifying your strengths, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and developing actionable strategies to move forward.
Why Connect via Audio or Messaging?
Much of my background includes extensive work on nationwide crisis lines—including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and the Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline—where I provided immediate support, de-escalation, and safety planning via phone calls, live chat, and text.
I’ve seen firsthand how powerful text and audio sessions can be, and I often recommend them as the primary way we work together:
Text & Messaging: Perfect if you reflect best through writing, want to process thoughts as they happen throughout your week, or prefer the privacy and low-pressure environment of typing out what’s on your mind.
Audio Calls: Ideal if you want a direct, focused conversation without the distraction or fatigue of sitting in front of a camera. Audio allows you to get comfortable in your own space, take a walk, or simply speak freely without feeling observed.
Mental health care shouldn’t feel performative or inconvenient. No matter where you are in your journey, I’m ready to meet you right where you feel most comfortable—whether that’s over a quick message or a supportive voice call. Reach out whenever you’re ready to take the next step!
