I’m a licensed therapist in California with a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma, helping them build resilience and find meaningful paths forward.

My approach is grounded in compassion and respect for each person’s unique values and beliefs. I welcome clients from diverse faith backgrounds—whether Christian, non-religious, or anywhere in between—and I’m committed to honoring your worldview as we work together.

I specialize in helping clients explore self-love, improve communication, address isolation and loneliness, and discover life purpose. I also support those working through social anxiety, guilt and shame, forgiveness, control issues, panic attacks, trauma recovery, divorce, attachment challenges, caregiver stress, and mood-related concerns.
