I’m a licensed therapist in Arizona with a decade of clinical experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan and bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to therapy.

My expertise spans depression, addiction, relationship concerns, trauma and abuse, and self-esteem issues. I draw on evidence-based therapeutic practices to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
