Hi! I’m Judy, and I’m committed to helping you work through life events that are keeping you from living your best life. I have a Master’s degree in social work from Washington University with an emphasis in mental health. In my career, I have worked with clients of all ages, but primarily adults. I have provided therapy to people with a borderline personality diagnosis as well as clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I’m respectful, compassionate, warm, and validating, treating others the way I want to be treated. Life experience has helped make me a better therapist.
