Jessica Hudson-Blue
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
About Jessica
Hello, and welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, substance use, relationship challenges, parenting stress, workplace burnout, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should be a safe place where you can speak openly, feel understood, and develop practical tools that fit your real life. I use trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused interventions, and strengths-based techniques. I also value cultural humility and recognize how family, identity, spirituality, and past experiences can shape emotional well-being. For clients who desire it, I am comfortable incorporating Christian faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process.
You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, repeating unhealthy patterns, struggling to set boundaries, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, we can work together to identify your strengths and create meaningful, sustainable change. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
