About Chasity

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri with eight years of clinical experience supporting individuals navigating substance use, co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves more deeply, recognize patterns that no longer serve them, and develop healthier ways of coping, connecting, and moving forward.

My clinical interests include trauma and abuse, shame, self-esteem, attachment and abandonment wounds, relationship dynamics, sexuality and identity, women’s issues, postpartum mental health, and caregiver stress. I also enjoy supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating codependency, life purpose, and the complexities of being human.

As a BIPOC and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I value cultural humility and recognize how our identities, relationships, and lived experiences shape the ways we see ourselves and move through the world. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. I believe healing involves both giving ourselves grace and being willing to challenge the patterns that keep us stuck.

Therapy is a space to explore the parts of yourself you understand, the parts you’re still discovering, and the experiences that have shaped who you are. You don’t have to have all the answers to begin. I’m here to help you build self-awareness, strengthen your coping skills, and create a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and aligned with your values.
