About Michelle
Welcome! I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland. I am here to help you navigate depression, anxiety, grief, and the complex emotions that may be holding you back from a peaceful, fulfilling life.
Taking the step to start therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to walk this path alone. From a strengths-based perspective, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe environment where we can build a trusting partnership.
I specialize in helping individuals and families overcome self-esteem concerns, isolation, guilt, and shame. I also provide dedicated support for those facing the heavy demands of caregiving, workplace stress, and complex family dynamics. If you are experiencing a major midlife transition, aging-related challenges, or the deep grief of loss and illness, I am here to support you.
In our work together, I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Humanistic, Person-Centered, Somatic, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My ultimate goal is to help you build lasting resilience, process painful emotions, and take manageable steps toward real recovery.
We will collaborate to find your peace of mind and hope. I look forward to working with you and welcome you to schedule our first session together.
