About Michael Aranda
I’m a licensed therapist in Montana with experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, anger, and intimacy concerns. My practice also extends to trauma recovery, grief, family dynamics, and identity-related issues including gender dysphoria and sexual orientation.
I’m committed to creating an affirming, culturally responsive space where all clients feel valued and understood. I have particular experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, people of faith, communities of color, military and first responder populations, and those facing domestic violence or relationship transitions.
My approach draws on evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. I believe in meeting you where you are, with genuine care and respect for your story. Whether you’re working through communication patterns, isolation, self-worth, or complex trauma, I’m here to support your healing and growth at your own pace.
Taking that first step toward therapy takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
