I have over 10 years of experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship concerns, mood disorders, disruptive behaviors, self-esteem, substance use, trauma, and LGBTQ.. I’ve been utilizing skills from treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-based interventions.
