I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. From young adults navigating identity and purpose to older adults facing aging, loss, and end-of-life concerns.

I specialize in helping people work through depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties. My focus areas include communication challenges, grief, adjustment issues, First Responder operational stress, attachment patterns, and family dynamics. Additionally, I work with individuals managing chronic illness, caregiver stress, workplace challenges, and addiction-related concerns.
