About Xavier
Hi there, I’m Xavier
Have you ever asked yourself why am I always stressed? Or how about, why do I feel all over the place emotionally? Nobody understands what I am going through, not even my closet family and friends. Does this effect your relationships, work, health, or generally how you feel about yourself as an individual?
Well be encouraged! I help everyday people manage their depression, anxiety, loneliness, feelings about themselves, and everyday stressors which occur from just living life. We’ll use a holistic approach to addressing the challenges and needs in your life. I like to utilize cognitive behavioral therapy as well as a rational emotive behavior therapy approach help replace negative self-defeating thoughts with positive thoughts and feelings about yourself.
I’m here to help. I understand seeking help can evoke feelings of embarrassment or fear but it’s okay. You are definitely making a great choice. In our sessions together you can be confident and stress-free knowing you are in a safe space, which will allow you to heal, grow, and learn new things about yourself. I will meet you exactly where you are in life, not where you were in the past, or where your going in the future. One step at a time, one day at a time. Can’t wait to work with you!
