About Elli
Hi there! My name is Elli and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Oklahoma State University. My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and client-centered, ensuring that my clients feel heard and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
I am dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space where my clients can explore and express themselves freely. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and strive to provide a non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. My therapy approach blends person-centered therapy with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. When working with children, I incorporate play therapy and trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies.
I am passionate about working with a diverse range of populations, with a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ support, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, and children’s mental health. I work across the lifespan, starting from age 5 and up. I am committed to helping my clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to reach their therapeutic goals.
I believe that while the world can be a challenging place, your mind shouldn’t have to be one.
